The Board of Trustees work as simple social activists without any remuneration. The trustees are professionals whose sole aim is to help the needy and work for the public at large.

Navin Krishna Giri - (Advocate), Chairperson & Trustee

• Representing matters in the Supreme Court of India & in the High Court relating to Original, Appellate & Writ Jurisdiction.
• Practicing Criminal Law & Complaints, Laws in Economic offences.
• Representing matters at the Consumer Dispute Redressal Forums, MRTP Commission, Debt Recovery Tribunal & DRAT.
• Special Public Prosecutor (Ministry of External Affairs).
• Outstanding interpersonal and team building skills combined with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to foster consistent application of organization policies and principles.
• Understanding of grassroots work culture

Navin holds a Masters in Social Work-(MSW), and is a Graduate in Law (LL.B) from the University of Delhi. Navin is also practicing in the Supreme Court of India and is also a Special Public Prosecutor (SPP)-MEA and has extensive knowledge about corporate laws, social sector policy and statutory issues in the field of education. Navin is closely associated with some leading educational institutions in India in design and development of institutional processes and systems. Navin has been actively handling statutory matters concerning the rules and regulations in respect to regulatory authorities such as UGC, AICTE, DCI, PCI and various State Private University Acts. Navin has extensive practical knowledge about the various statutory process required to set up various types of educational institutions. Navin has been actively involved in advisory work in the field of education for over ten years.

Navin has been working relentlessly for the last many years in bringing a social transformation in the fields of Education, health and environmental issues concerning the people of India. His emphasis is specially to help the poor and needy.

Nitin Gupta -“Monty” - Trustee

More popularly known as “Monty” began his transition from theater to film maker, when he commenced making short films. Most well known for his documentaries and short films that have shown at film festivals all around the world Monty is fearless in his pursuit to educate the world through the medium of film and puts 110% of himself in all his works. Monty is a modest man and approaches every project with the same finesse and planning as he would when planning a feature film. Monty feels that every project is close to the client’s heart and that when they have invested time and money in the project hence the production house has a responsibility to realize that investment in to a product that the client can rejoice in. An expert behind the camera as well as in creating visual effects Monty’s goals are to strive for improvement. Some of Monty’s experience comes from working on films but it is also from all the hours of experimentation in photography that Monty puts in prior to any shoot. Monty makes a point of educating himself on trends within film making and production leaving no stone unturned to find the best way of capturing a one of a kind moment and committing it to film. Monty’s composition and orchestration is said to be work of art. Monty’s favorite part about Filmmaking is creating something interesting and stimulating for viewers to watch.

Monty is a social activist in his own right and he contributes to P.O.E.M’s causes with his resources, time, energy and creative ideas.
